Megan Denise Fox (born May 16, 1986 in Memphis, Tennessee, USA) is an American actress and model, best known for her roles in Hope & Faith and Transformers.
Megan Fox was born in Memphis, Tennessee. She began her training in drama and dance at the age of five, and at the age of ten moved to Florida, where she continued her training and finished school. She began acting and modeling at the age of thirteen after winning several awards at the 1999 American Modeling and Talent Convention in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
Fox made her film debut in the 2001 film Holiday in the Sun as the spoiled heiress and rival of Ashley Olsen. She then landed guest appearances on Ocean Ave., What I Like About You, Two and a Half Men and The Help from 2003 to 2004. In 2004, she starred in Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen alongside Lindsay Lohan. She was also cast in her first regular role in a television series on Hope & Faith which she portrayed from 2004 until 2006.
Megan Fox landed the role of female lead, Mikaela Banes, in the film Transformers, where she plays the love interest of Shia LaBeouf's character Sam "Spike" Witwicky. She also joined the cast of How to Lose Friends and Alienate People in June 2007. She will be playing a young Hollywood starlet getting her first taste of fame.
Megan Fox appeared in a five page spread for the November 2005 issue of the popular men's magazine FHM. She was ranked number sixty-eight on the FHM 100 Sexiest Women of 2006. Fox also posed for the March 2007 issue of FHM, the June 2007 issue of GQ and the July 2007 issue of Maxim.
Fox has an older sister, and is married to Brian Austin Green. She is currently represented by The Gersh Agency

Things I Learnt From Watching Transformers
Had a wonderful time watching Transformers last nite. It was great. The company was okay. The movie si really great. Watch it puhhleaseeee...
below si a list fo things i learnt from watchin it.
1) Say hello to subliminal advertising and product placement. HP, eBay, Nokia, VISA and General Motors must have paid a lot of moolas to Paramount. As if the movie is not going to make enuff moos as it is.
2) Male govt code-breaker/analysts are dorks.
Female govt code-breaker/analysts are Hawt-to-the-MAX Blondes.
3) If there is a sensible way of doing things, and a ZOMG I WILL DO IT CUZ I CAN AND IT LOOKS SO COOLZ/STOOPID SERIOUSLY DOODZ way of doing things, expect the latter to win out.
(ED: Remember Bumblebee, mouths on Transformer (cool way)and Bumblebee pissing on Megatron.(stoopid way)
4) Outsourcing. Stop using Indian Companies.
(ED: PERIOD. Need i say more..)
5) A Michael Bay movie is pretty much a Michael Bay movie - over-dramatized slow-motion, moving camera shots and sunset walks galore. Yeesh.

ALMOST seven weeks to the day that he slipped out from under the nose of the authorities, disgraced former National Kidney Foundation (NKF) chairman Richard Yong, will be hauled to court today - in Hong Kong.
Yong and his wife On Shu Kio were arrested in the territory yesterday.
In a statement, the Commercial Affairs Department in Singapore said that authorities from the Hong Kong Department of Justice arrested Yong yesterday morning "pursuant to Singapore's request".
"Singapore will be working with the Hong Kong authorities to initiate extradition proceedings for the return of Richard Yong," the statement added.
Yong fled Singapore in the early hours of May 17 - not long after he was convicted for failing in his duties as the NKF's director and was declared a bankrupt. He managed to flee before the Official Assignee's (OA) office could tell the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority to blacklist him.
A warrant for Yong's arrest was issued on June 13 as bankrupts are not allowed to leave the country without the OA's permission. He had also failed to deliver up possession of his assets as required under the Bankruptcy Act.
In February, after admitting himself liable for some $11 million in damages in the NKF's civil suit against him, Yong sold off three of his apartments for a total of about $7.45 million.
Before his arrest in Hong Kong, Yong was last seen leaving a lawyer's office in Kuala Lumpur on May 21.

Fernando Torres moving to Pool
MADRID, July 2 (Reuters) - Atletico Madrid striker Fernando Torres is poised to complete a record-breaking move to Liverpool after cutting short a holiday to give the go-ahead to a reported £26.5 million deal.

Spanish media reported that the 23-year-old international would undergo a medical on Tuesday prior to signing a six-year deal with the English Premier League club.
'I don't know when it will all happen,' said Cerezo who was reluctant to give any further details about the possible deal.
'All I can say is that Fernando Torres is a great player who is valued highly by many clubs and he has to think about his future. Whatever happens our fans will have to understand that it is for the good of the club.'
The move, should it go ahead at the reported figure, would be the highest transfer fee paid for a Spanish player, beating the £26.5 million Lazio paid Valencia for midfielder Gaizka Mendieta in 2001.
The future of the Atletico captain has been the subject of intense speculation since the end of the Spanish season.
The club's decision to sign Uruguay forward Diego Forlan from Villarreal at the weekend appeared to pave the way for the departure of Torres, who has become the leading figure at the club since he made his debut for the first team at 17.
Torres, who joined Atletico as an 11-year-old, has been the club's top scorer for the last five seasons, completing his most successful campaign in 2003-04 when he struck 19 goals.
Liverpool midfielder Luis Garcia, who is expected to move in the opposite direction, arrived in Madrid on Monday to undergo a medical on his injured knee prior to a likely return to his former club.
'The two deals are not linked,' said Cerezo. 'Luis Garcia has always shown a willingness to return to Atletico and it now looks like that will happen.'

What I mean is that, even a dumb ass like me can tink everything is pointless. Why do I get up and even eat? It all ends up as shit anyway.
Why am I going to work and working hard ? Even if I happen to succeed I'm going to die anyway.
You wear nice clothes, you seek respect, you make a lot of money but what's the point?
In Reality, It's all pointless really.
Of course, this kind of meaninglessness might suit the crappy situations we're all in.
But .. ... but you see, we still have emotions like joy and happiness right ?
They might not amount to much. But they fill up our emptiness. That's the only explaination I have.
Once these emotions are no longer found in a person, He has no foundation for values. So He merely chooses, He just makes his choice as he goes along this path of Life.
