I find their cause worthy of support lor...
Children are the future and hope of this world.
IF you have some spare cash, do try to contribute to world vision.

The Thing about Annual Reviews
Every year in this company that I work in there is this thing called the 360 Review. Its an iniative from my Company HR to get 4 persons who work with you from different departments to appraise your performance.
And me. Being the only 1 sole soul(Pun totally intended) of my Dept. I had like a trillion and one 360s to do
It's the time of the FY when you bullshit your boss with all your "triumphs" and turn your weaknesses into strengths.
I actually enjoy this though coz the comments and appraisals that came in for me were far beyond wat I would expect and it makes me look damn good in my job. Heehee. Not that I am not doing a good job, but i certainly dun expect to be viewed this way by co-workers and bosses.
Problem-solving and decision making
Oh, I am fantastic at this. To resolve the problem of being stuck in jams for 45 min, I made the conscious decision of sleeping in till 8am, then getting out of the house only at 8.45am. Instead of spending 45min per trip, I now spend only XXmins getting to the office. Which means, I save 15min everyday. Never mind the fact that i am coming in late by almost an hours.
Understanding Business
I understand that our business is doing so well ... that almost everyone in the office (globally) got a new handheld toy ... except me and the rest dealing with this particular process. Reason being, the money should be put to better use like investing in the opening of a new R&D plant thus generating more jobs for us so that we can scale the food chain and put those idiots with new handhelds just a notch below us to step on.
Coaching and Development
I tried to develop my colleague's social skills by bringing them to CCB, getting high and playing guessing games. Not that I succeeded, but I've tried nonetheless. I’ve also tried my colleagues’ tolerance for snoring. They lasted only 3days.
Openness to Change
Instead of ordering the usual catering for lunch meetings, we went to wah lok for lunch after the meeting.
Interpersonal sensitivity
I don't make fun of the fat or ugly or old people in my team. Only the fat ugly and old ones.
One last parting note, at the end of every review they always say stuff like, we have decided to give you the max increment. But keep it low eh...
