The Japanese enjoy shocking (or scaring) people. But nothing entertains me better than seeing them scaring the pants out of their own kind. Not for any perverse reason, but you know, it seems only the Japanese themselves know how to take a joke or 2 in their stride - judging by their reactions. So check this video out. My personal favorites are those of the "rolling stones / snowballs" and the "exploding cigarette".
