Things I Learnt From Watching Transformers

Had a wonderful time watching Transformers last nite. It was great. The company was okay. The movie si really great. Watch it puhhleaseeee...



below si a list fo things i learnt from watchin it.

1) Say hello to subliminal advertising and product placement. HP, eBay, Nokia, VISA and General Motors must have paid a lot of moolas to Paramount. As if the movie is not going to make enuff moos as it is.

2) Male govt code-breaker/analysts are dorks.
Female govt code-breaker/analysts are Hawt-to-the-MAX Blondes.

3) If there is a sensible way of doing things, and a ZOMG I WILL DO IT CUZ I CAN AND IT LOOKS SO COOLZ/STOOPID SERIOUSLY DOODZ way of doing things, expect the latter to win out.
(ED: Remember Bumblebee, mouths on Transformer (cool way)and Bumblebee pissing on Megatron.(stoopid way)

4) Outsourcing. Stop using Indian Companies.
(ED: PERIOD. Need i say more..)


5) A Michael Bay movie is pretty much a Michael Bay movie - over-dramatized slow-motion, moving camera shots and sunset walks galore. Yeesh.
(ED: The sunset scene where Geek meets Goddess)

6) A Michael Bay movie is pretty much a Michael Bay movie - crazy over-the-top action, over-dramatized slow-motion robot combat and big explosions galore.
(ED: Woohoo! the battle scene in the city where the autobots turn and twist to fire and to siam shots fired at them)

8) Despite being able to transform into anything, Autobots can’t fly.
(ED: Tink they're called Autobots coz the word 'Auto' is derived from automobiles)

9) If a giant transforming police car robot demands to know in a squeaky shrill voice if your eBay user name is LadiesMan217, take extra note. The correct answer is no.

10) Giant robots turn me on. Go watch this movie. or buy pirated original DVD.
