Loneliness

Tell me what does it mean ?

Standing in a crowd of 50 people, saying 'Hi's and "Bye's and the obligatory 'How've you been doing?' etc. Smiling at pple whom you just cant put a name to the face coz they smiled and remembered your name. Calling pple as Brother or Pretty girl coz you've forgotten their complicated names. Trying to excuse yourself from the conversation which is soppy and boring and work-related.
