A run down on the movie i just saw..
For five years, 18-year old Takumi has been delivering tofu in his father’s obsolescent Toyota AE86 every morning. Not only has he become an outstanding racer, but he has also unwittingly perfected the art of drifting. He was never partial to hill racing until he is nudged by his father to drive his AE86 in a David and Goliath race against Takeshi's GTR.
Then of coz there's the love interest of his life... the girl turns out to be the normal japanese girl.. a student prostitute.. Hence his life is shattered.. he decides to take up Ryousuke's offer of joining his racing team..
ok.. this run down is abit lackin of some parts here and there.. but seriously i encourage all manga lovers of Initial D to watch it... it is worth a watch.. also.. do catch the funny hilarious conversations between Kenny Bee , Anothny Wong & Chapman too...
Lastly some house rules by gv b4 enterin their cinemas... very funny..
