Change is a difficult time for everyone and, while there are some things we can't control, there are always things that we can influence. I believe that we have what it takes to succeed, inside all of us. My advice to all of you is to focus on areas where you can make a difference.
I believe that we can come through this and emerge stronger. We need to remain focused, stay positive and maintain our confidence. We can learn a lot during difficult times and it is our strength, determination and ability to rise above challenges that will set us apart from our peers. It is important now, more than ever before, that we support each other, look to strengthen the teamwork among us and live by our values of Innovation, Action, and Trust.
