How Your Attitude Ranks

Your Attitude is Better than 30% of the Population

If you scored...

80-100: You've got a winner attitude. You're always optimistic and cheery. Your personality will get you far in life.

60-79: You have a good attitude. While a realist, you do see the positive side of most things. People love to be around you.

40 - 59: You have a positive attitude... somtimes. You prefer to see the world through clear glasses, not rose colored ones.

20 - 39: You have an average attitude. You take the good and bad in life as they come. Though sometimes you could use a little more good.

0-19: You have a negative attitude. You tend to see the dark side of every situation. Free ice cream? No thanks, it will just make you fat!

Feelings still overcome me everytime i see her online...

I must admit I still miss her terribly...

But i must go on and live my life out...

Even if it means a life w/o her...

Yes, I m a person of weak emotional health...

I must admit that i can't 'flagrantly' stand up and walk away despite it was my intention all along...

I admit that i put my whole heart on the line...if necessary even my life..

Heck, isn't that wat love is all about...

Hahaha... much to my angst and abomination, i found the apparent glaring opposite..

People come up to me and say things like "Time will heal / You will forget in due time"

Hardee Hahaha... So when is the time ? Tiger time ? hahaha... I m in such a brittle state of mind that i can't help but to immerse myself wholly into work...

Itz really the nites that killing me... as a result... i sleep late..3/4am(s)... wake up late for work... 9-10am(s)... kena scolded by boss when late for work...

do i care ?

i really have no more wish to carry on... ...

To understand ... ...

To understand

You don't have to agree in order to understand. But you do have to listen with an open mind.

You do not have to give up or give in to another in order to understand. But you do have to give your attention and consideration.

You do not have to change your own position in order to understand the position of another. But you do have to accept that there are valid perspectives besides your own.

Seeing the world only from your own point of view puts you at a distinct disadvantage. The more open you are to understanding others, the more effective your every action will be.

Realize what a true blessing it is that there are those who see things differently than you do. By offering your understanding, you gain the benefit of an expanded perspective.

You've no doubt experienced how good it can be when there's someone who listens and truly understands.

What's even better is to be that someone.

-- Ralph Marston
2 men went fishing.
One was an experienced fisherman, the other wasn't. Everytime the experienced fisherman caught a big fish, he put it in his ice box to keep it fresh. Whenever the inexperienced fisherman caught a big fish, he threw it back.

The experienced fisherman watched this go on all day and finally got tired of seeing the man wasting good fish. "Why do you keep throwing back all the big fish you caught?" he asked.

The inexperienced fisherman replied, "I only have a small frying pan."

Sometimes, like that fisherman, we throw back the big plans, big dreams, big opportunities that God gives us. Our faith is too small.

We laugh at that fisherman who didn't figure out that all he needed was a bigger frying pan, yet how ready are we to increase the size of our faith?

Whether it's a problem or a possibility, God will never give you anything bigger than you can handle. That means we can confidently walk into anything God brings our way.

You can do all things through Christ (Philippians 4:13.) Nothing is too big for God.

REMEMBER:

Stop telling God you've got big problems.
Tell your problems you've got a BIG GOD!

She was not beautiful. Nothing about her was extraordinary. Nothing about her made her stand out in a crowd. She grew up in a family of six and being the eldest, she learned responsibility at an early age.

As she grew stronger and brighter, she instilled a sort of light and cheer to whomever she met. She was not beautiful, but she made others feel better about themselves. She meets a rebel boy who thinks he is all man, befriending him, she teaches him. She teaches him how to read and a little boost, the 'man' needed to go to college, they become fast friends and she fell fast in love with her rugged handsome student.

The 'man' then finds himself in love with a girl. A girl who was so beautiful. Her hair was a hallow of light around her. Her eyes the bluest blue of the ocean. 'Like an angel' he tells his tutor 'like a beautiful angel.' The girl swallows a lump at her throat. She was not beautiful, she did not posses the heart of the one he loved, but she did not care. As long as he was happy, she would be happy, or so she tried to. She helped write the most beautiful letters to his angel. All the time visioning it was she herself receiving those very letters. And so the girl helped him choose the right clothes, say the right words, and buy the right gifts for his angel.

His angel brought him much joy and much pain to the girl who cried behind her smiles. But that never stopped her from giving more than she will ever receive. Then one day, the angel he loved left him for another man. A richer more successful man. The boy was stunned. He was so hurt, he did not speak for days. The girl went to him. He cried on her shoulder and she cried with him.

He was hurt and she was too. Time went by and so wounds heal. The boy realizes something about his friend/tutor. Something he never realized before. How her laughter sounded heavenly and how her smiles brightened up the darkest days, or how simply beautiful she looked to him!

Beautiful. This plain, simple girl was beautiful to him. And he began to fall. Fall so in love with this beautiful girl. On one day, he picked up all his courage to see her. He walked to her house, nervous, and fidgeting, Running his thoughts over and over his head.

He was going to tell her how beautiful she was to him. He was going to tell her how wonderfully in love he was with her. He knocked. No one was home.

The next day, he found out that the beautiful girl he fell in love with had a brain tumor that put her into a coma. The doctors were grim and the family decided to let her go.

One final time he got to see her. He held her hand. He stroked her hair and he cried for this beautiful girl. He cried, but it was too late. The beautiful girl was buried and the heavens broke. Out a beautiful spring shower, a cry for their loss. She was the most beautiful girl in the world and she had taught the rebel boy-man to love and what it is to be loved.

She was the most beautiful girl in the world.

Look around. Aren't there a lot of plain faces? Take a good look. A real good look or you might just miss out that beautiful person...

Casino in Singapore ?

Hi Friends,

Just for your info...
Pls go to the following website and sign your name as a petition against setting up of a Casino in Singapore.

Personally, I don't support the idea at all as it will only create more social
problems in the society in Singapore. Crime & Vice often go hand in hand with gambling. How many more broken families & latchkey kids the Govt wants to see... How many more loan shark syndicates they wish to unearth due to their economic goals or rather how many more %tage of credit card-induced bankcrupts the Govt wishes to see in singapore...

There's another side of the coin which pple claims that an 'entertainment' city will create thousands more jobs... You telling me abt illegal money lending, prostitution & card sharping issit... I've seen alot.. I've seen enuff...

The above is just a slight indication of the moral erosion we will face in event of a "entertainment" city being built in singapore.

There are already many forms of gambling in Singapore.. 4Ds, Totos, Big Sweeps, Scratch Cards & All kinds of soccer matches.. Tink about it.. When is enuff enuff ?

I personally hope that this project will not take off.

Kindly support me in this as well. Visit and sign off your name.

No obligations though...
